Lotlantic, operated by PrepHub LLC, shows vehicle listings that sellers published on third-party marketplaces. We do not own that content. This Policy explains how sellers, copyright owners and others can ask us to remove or correct it. It is part of the Terms of Service; the Privacy Policy explains how we handle sellers' personal information.
1. Who can ask
- Sellers who want their listing or photo removed, corrected, or no longer used to contact them.
- Copyright and other rights owners, for example the photographer of a listing photo or a dealer whose photos or text were used, or someone authorized to act for them.
- Anyone who believes a listing is unlawful, fraudulent or shows personal information that should not be public.
2. How to send a request
E-mail prephub.llc.biz@gmail.com with the subject "Content removal" and include:
- the link to the page in Lotlantic, or the marketplace listing link or number;
- what you want removed or corrected, and why;
- your name and contact details, and how you are connected to the content (for example the seller, or the owner of the photo);
- for a copyright or other rights claim: the work you own, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement that the information in your request is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
3. What we do
- We review each request and may ask for more information to confirm who you are or that you hold the rights.
- Where we conclude that removal is appropriate or required by law, we remove or disable the content. When we remove a listing at a seller's request, we delete its information and photo from Lotlantic and keep only its marketplace number, so that it is not added again.
- We tell you what we did. We may decline requests that are incomplete, that we cannot verify, or that we reasonably believe are abusive.
- We keep a record of each request and its outcome.
4. What removal covers
Removal applies to Lotlantic only. It does not remove the listing from the marketplace where it was published; for that, contact the marketplace or edit the listing there. A listing that is no longer on the marketplace is removed from Lotlantic over time in any case, as the Privacy Policy describes.
5. Misuse
Do not send a request you know is false. A request that misrepresents ownership or authority may expose the sender to legal liability. We may close the accounts of users who repeatedly misuse this process or the Service's content.
